Registration Process – ICESSU 2026

Notify Us Immediately – After completing your registration, promptly inform the organizing team by providing your payment details
Email Proof of Payment – Send a scanned copy or screenshot of the registration fee receipt or transaction proof to the official email ID.
No Paper Modifications– Once the final submission date has passed, no further modifications to your paper will be accepted.
One Author per Registration – Each registration allows only one author or co-author to attend and present at the conference.
Late Registration – If you are registering after the official deadline, please contact the conference coordinator via email or phone immediately.
Registration Form – After payment, download and complete the official Registration Form and send it to: [email protected]

Cancellation Policy

Due to advance commitments related to venue bookings, logistics, printing, and accommodation, the following cancellation terms apply:

60% Refund – If the cancellation request is received 60 or more days before the conference.
40% Refund – If the cancellation request is received 30 to 59 days before the conference.
No Refund – For cancellations made within 30 days of the conference.

Registration Transfer Policy

You may transfer your registration to a colleague or friend. The substitute may present at the conference, but the certificate will be issued in the name of the originally registered author.Alternatively, registration may be transferred to any upcoming IFERP conference of your choice.
Alternatively, you can request to transfer your registration to another upcoming IFERP event.
Note : Refund processing will take 2–4 weeks after the conference, and any applicable transaction fees will be deducted.

Visa Information

Visa Support – The IFERP Academy does not directly contact embassies or consulates for visa purposes.
Visa Type – All international participants are advised to apply for a Business Visa.
Visa Denial – Refunds will not be issued for visa-related issues. The general cancellation policy will still apply.
